Hands. Shooting. Dryland. A few minutes a day. Every rep on their own, every rep for the team. The work that makes them.
What a kid does
Stickhandling reps picked for the day. Check them off and build a streak.
Shooting reps to sharpen accuracy and a quicker release.
Off-ice footwork and conditioning so they move better on the ice.
Before each game the kid picks a couple of their own things to work on, goals they can actually remember on the ice.
Live demo. Tap around, it really works.
How the team trains together
Every rep anybody on the team does adds to one team total. The more everyone trains, the higher the whole team climbs.

Send a cheer when a teammate puts in the work, or call them on fire when they are rolling. Support, never a ranking.

Everybody on one roster, each player with their own card. You always know who is in it with you.

Train day after day and the streak climbs. Get hot enough and you are on fire, and the whole team feels it.

For coaches
Your team at a glance: who put in the work this week and who needs a nudge.

Pick the drills and the cadence, and mark each skill required or optional. The plan runs itself for every player.

Build each kid an IDP, one focus to work on, set from the 10U skill presets. The team plan is yours; the game-day goals are theirs.

Who made it
A player on the Jr. Rangers 10U helped design, build, and test every drill, every detail. The idea was simple: home training a kid actually wants to use. Made by someone who plays, for everyone who does.
